Notes: I apologize; my art can't measure up to the quality writing in yawmin's story. I think I wanted to accomplish too much for this fic and ended up choking and having a last minute art block of intense proportions. There were a ton of sketches but they all ended up failing. :/ Must get better at drawing + time management so this never happens again, argh.

Artist's notes: This was a journey. A journey of successive marathon drawing all-nighters. I started working on this the moment I received my rough draft from caitcupcake a few months ago and I thought I had some legit, usable draft versions down...until I decided to recompose everything 8 days ago. :I

Angsty Sam is angsty.

I'd never been a really big fan of Sam but the vid really moved me to paint him immediately. This portrait is probably incredibly overworked (or is it UNDERWORKED AHHHH) but I had to get it out before I went to bed.

Sam's been through a lot of shit and even though he's kind of a bitch (sometimes) he still pulls through for Dean. I think that's worth everything.




...I miss Sam's old hair and floppy cuteness, not the lady-wig and intense muscles he's sporting right now. That doesn't mean I won't appreciate his guns and incredibly chiseled body. :D

I also need to move out of my face/bust drawing comfort zone asap. >:I Maybe "researching" Sam/Dean's manly physiques will help?

Warning/ Spoilers: Brief moment of non-con. Up to and including 5.21.
Summary: Set after 5.20 'The Devil You Know.' It turns out Gabriel has more and better friends than he realised. Friends willing to do what ever it takes to bring him back - including manipulating a well-meaning, if somewhat naïve, Castiel. But perhaps the consequences, painful as they are and all the worse for playing out as the apocalypse nears its climax, are just the catalyst Dean and Cas need to admit their growing feelings for each other (and maybe even teach Gabriel a thing or two as well).

ART Notes: I was especially ambitious with this last big bang but I forgot I had school. And then I was sad. SO UNFORTUNATELY, I wasn't able to do any of the especially BADASS scenes this fic had to offer! ;____;

But when one research student by the name of Merlin Emrys arrives and shows no regard for Arthur’s unwritten rules of socialising, Arthur’s life is turned upside down, and he’s forced to take his view of life up to reconsideration.
In which there is sibling snark, matchmaking otters, neighbours who are a bit too preoccupied with the idea of destiny, possessive best friends, drunken nights out and proof that maybe some things are indeed meant to be. Basically it’s a rom-com, with animals. But not like that.
Artist's notes: SO I'm basically a fool who keeps losing her tablet pen OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I never learn. :/ All the pictures were drawn old-school this time and touched up in openCanvas 4.5.18 Plus. Free textures from bittbox.com were used on occasion and at some point I used this tiger and these otters as refs.
HULUBULULU is an awesome author and her fic was a pleasure to read!! I absolutely loved how all the character's relationships played out and the way she incorporated otters into the story was adorable. <3

Summary: AU of Dark Side of the moon. Sam and Dean’s souls never reach Heaven; instead they are taken inside of Dante’s Divine comedy, thanks to Gabriel, who thinks he can fix the broken relationship between them. For getting back to the physical world they must walk across hell, and still fight against what has made them who they are now a days. What are their fears and most precious memories? Can Gabriel’s plan work? Or Lucifer and Zachariah are going to find a way to persuade them, to say Yes?

ART Notes: Frustrating apartment issues all week long and organic chemistry surprisingly did nothing to get me in the mood to draw artwork suitable for skeletikal_kill's frankly epic take on the Divine Comedy. Not everything is up yet because I don't have internet access at home and several of the drawings are pencil sketches, but they should be here within the next few days.
